These terms apply to all purchases and services from AS JEWELLERS. We deal **only in silver items**.

  1. Silver Purity: All silver items are sold based on purity standards such as 92.5 silver or as mentioned on the invoice.
  2. Pricing Policy: Silver prices may vary daily based on market rate. Final price will be confirmed at the time of billing.
  3. Custom Silver Orders: Custom silver designs require a 25–50% advance payment. Timeline depends on design complexity.
  4. Order Delivery: Delivery or pickup timeline starts only after advance payment and design confirmation.
  5. Exchange Policy: Items can be exchanged within 24 hours with original bill. Custom-made silver items are not eligible for exchange.
  6. No Refunds: Refunds are not provided for used, altered or damaged silver items. Manufacturing issues will be checked and resolved if valid.
  7. Wear & Care: Customers must handle silver items carefully. Tarnish due to normal use is not considered a defect.
  8. Images & Designs: Display images may vary slightly due to lighting or screen brightness.
  9. After-Sales Service: Silver polishing and maintenance services are available as per store policy.
